Wix Payments: Service Fees

A service fee is a fee charged for transactions processed through Wix Payments. Similar to any other payment provider, Wix Payments charges a fee for the processing of funds to and from your account. Additionally, fees may be levied for refunds and chargebacks.

Credit/Debit Cards (excluding American Express): • United States: 2.9% + 0.30 USD per transaction • EU Countries: 1.9% + 0.30 EUR per transaction • United Kingdom: 2.1% + 0.20 GBP per transaction • Canada: 2.9% + 0.30 CAD per transaction • Switzerland: 2.3% + 0.30 CHF per transaction
American Express (including use with Apple Pay & Google Pay): • United States: 3.7% + 0.30 USD per transaction • EU Countries: 3.1% + 0.30 EUR per transaction • United Kingdom: 3.1% + 0.20 GBP per transaction • Canada: 3.5% + 0.30 CAD per transaction • Switzerland: 3.1% + 0.30 CHF per transaction
Apple Pay (excluding American Express): • United States: 2.9% + 0.30 USD per transaction • EU Countries: 1.9% + 0.30 EUR per transaction • United Kingdom: 2.1% + 0.20 GBP per transaction • Canada: 2.9% + 0.30 CAD per transaction • Switzerland: 2.3% + 0.30 CHF per transaction
